Hi, I’m Lisa.

Welcome!

I am glad you have found my site! I hope that what I can tell you about my transition from family chronicler to professional photographer will bring us together.

My family relocated to Florida in 2007. During our time on the Gulf Coast, we endured three hurricanes. Before each storm, the only possessions I worried about keeping safe were the bins full of the family photographs and albums I have curated over the past three decades. I realized that those bins contained the images that could carry me closer to the memories and people that I cherish the most.

The ability to build rapport with my students has been the key to my success in the classroom. I see each child’s unique traits and encourage them to express themselves. I decided to use this talent to help others create moments so that I can capture memories for them.

There is nothing more satisfying than delivering galleries of pictures to my clients and feeling their happiness. I thoroughly enjoy spending the time needed to ensure I deliver high quality photographs that will be treasured for years to come.

My Approach

My approach to photography is about making sure you and your family are relaxed—creating a comfortable environment to capture honest and authentic moments. My favorite work showcases how you interact, laugh, and play organically.

Experience Driven

My primary goal is to create a comfortable, relaxed experience. Capturing moments shouldn’t be stressful—and we all hate the “I don’t know what to do with my hands” feeling!  I will take the time to get to know you  and understand what you want from each session.

Documentary Style

I create a comfortable environment to capture people candid, unfiltered, and authentically themselves. I’ll spend time setting you in poses, but my approach is about capturing the moments in-between!

Let’s capture a memory.
